As a highly efficient ventilation and cooling equipment, negative pressure fans have become indispensable ventilation equipment in industrial, agricultural and even commercial spaces due to their wide range of application scenarios. Negative pressure fans form an indoor and outdoor pressure difference through mechanical exhaust, forcibly exhaust dirty air and introduce fresh air flow, thereby improving air quality, regulating temperature and humidity, and creating a healthier environment for production activities.
When the fan is started, the high-speed rotating impeller exhausts the indoor air, forming a negative pressure environment lower than the outside atmospheric pressure. At this time, the outside fresh air is supplemented through doors and windows or other air inlets under the action of pressure difference, forming a directional and stable airflow cycle. This "suction-type" ventilation can not only efficiently replace air, but also achieve a cooling effect through the matching wet curtain system. For example, in a high-temperature workshop, the negative pressure fan works with the water curtain to control the temperature at around 28°C while maintaining moderate humidity, which not only alleviates the impact of high temperature on equipment and staff, but also avoids the high energy consumption of traditional air conditioners. Compared with traditional axial flow fans, the advantages of negative pressure fans are large air volume, low energy consumption and wide area coverage.
